miR482介导的植物生物胁迫响应

摘 要:

植物在生长发育过程中会遇到各种生物胁迫, 根据响应过程的不同, 可将之分为基于蛋白质的生物胁迫和基于RNA的生物胁迫。miR482是一种植物特有的、已在23个物种中被证实存在的小RNA。miR482参与指导植物次级phasiRNA的合成, 其主要靶标为植物庞大的NBS-LRR类家族抗病基因。本文通过整理近年来ETI (effector-triggered immunity)相关的NBS-LRR类抗病基因和抗RNA沉默抑制相关miR482级联调控的研究成果, 总结出了miR482介导植物两类生物胁迫响应的调控机制。

MiR482 Mediates the Biotic Stress Response of Plant

Abstract:

Plants suffer a variety of biotic stress in their process of development and growth. According to different response principles, we can divide them into protein-based biotic stress and RNA-based biotic stress. The miR482, targeting gene is NBS-LRR gene, is a group of plant-specific miRNA which has been confirmed to be distributed in 23 species. Besides, miR482 is participated in the guidance for the biosynthesis of secondary phasiRNA. In this paper, we summarize a regulatory mechanism of miR482 cascading the biotic stress response of plant through the consideration of two study aspects, the NBS-LRR resistance gene related to ETI (effector-triggered immunity) and the regulatory cascade mechanism related to counter RNA silencing suppressor of miR482.
